So, you’ve made it through the summer like a boss on this keto journey. Go you!!
You’ve lost weight.
You feel better than you have in years.
AND you look Uh. Maz. Ing!
But now fall is quickly approaching.
And your keto heart is filled with fear and trembling.
PUMPKIN SPICE EVERYTHING is EVERYWHERE!!
Pumpkin spice lattes.
And the worst…pumpkin pie…
(Insert dramatic pause)
But all is not lost my pumpkin-spice-aholic friend!
All your fall pumpkin favorites can be, and have been, ketofied!
Below is a compilation of some of my favorite keto pumpkin treats.
From cookies to pancakes to the beloved pumpkin pie, the world is now your keto pumpkin spice oyster.
So let us onward to Keto Pumpkin Spice Heaven.
Now, my friend, you can have your keto pumpkin cake and eat it too.
This truly is the most decadent pumpkin cheesecake ever!
From right here at the Low Carb Keto Kitchen, I bring you a spectacular fall treat.
Rich and creamy with just the prefect amount of pumpkin. And dressed up with the perfectly cinnamony whipped cream.
Your new guilty pleasure...
We are starting off with pumpkin pie, because, well, pumpkin pie...the quintessential fall dessert.
You can choose to serve this American classic with or without whipped cream, although my first choice is always with.
The perfect finish to any fall meal.
We can all use a quick bread in our arsenal, and this one is my go-to.
I use pecans instead of walnuts because my house is surrounded by pecan trees, and it turns out perfect every time.
But you feel free to use whatever kind of nut you prefer!
What's better on the first crisp morning of the year than a big batch of pumpkin pancakes?
Except maybe a pumpkin spice latte which we will get to next.
Slathered with butter and dripping with keto maple syrup, with maybe a few strips of bacon on the side...oh my!
This pumpkin spice latte is creamy and dreamy and oh so fabulously pumpkin-y!
Drink it after a day out in the crisp fall air, drink it for breakfast, or pair it with those pumpkin pancakes for the pumpkin-y-est breakfast ever!
A grab and go breakfast is unfortunately becoming the norm in our culture.
But these pumpkin cream cheese muffins will take that grab and go to the next level.
They are great still warm form the oven, but they are pretty darn good cold the next morning too!
Add these to your make ahead breakfast list.
You can thank me later.
Plop these puppies on the table at any pot luck or office party and you will instantly be the talk of the town.
Soft and melt-in-your-mouth with a hint of maple in the cream cheese frosting.
These have become a favorite around here.
I love all things scone.
And these pumpkin scones are no exception.
Pumpkin, pecans, and cinnamon are a match made in heaven in my books!
One of these with a cup of tea or even bulletproof coffee will cure whatever ails you.
I have saved one of my favorites for last.
These donuts are truly amazingly good!
Dusted with the pumpkin pie spices, or coated with the even better chocolate glaze (because everything is better with chocolate!), these are a perfect snack any day of the year!
I know, I know, I said 9 recipes.
So this is your surprise bonus!
Pumpkin Spice Fat Bombs!!
Everyone on Keto needs fat bombs, right??
And what could be better for the fall than fat bombs with seasonal flavors?
So here ya go.
You're welcome. 🙂
Bring it, fall!
