Ingredients
2partschipotle powder
1partpaprika
1partcumin
1/2partonion powder
1/2partgarlic powder
1/4partcayenne powder
Instructions
Measure out all the ingredients. Your part can be as large or as small as you would like. Cups or tablespoons, it's up to you.
Mix it all up really well. Use a whisk to break up any clumps in the spices.
Store the seasoning mix in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
Notes
I sometimes use 1 part chipotle powder and 1 part chili powder. You can leave out the cayenne if you want to. Or add more if you want some more heat.For this taco seasoning mix, 3 tablespoons equals 1 regular package of store bought seasoning.
